APPOINTMENT CHANGES:

If you need to modify your appointment, reschedule, or cancel it, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This advance notice enables us to accommodate the needs of other patients.

NO-SHOW POLICY: 

In the event of a no-show, you will be responsible for the full price of the booked treatment, which is non-refundable.  

COMPLIMENTARY APPOINTMENT NO-SHOW POLICY:

We offer complimentary consultations because we value your time and trust in our services. However, our service providers' time is valuable, and a fee will apply in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation for these services.

PUNCTUALITY: 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Punctuality ensures that you receive the full scheduled time for your treatment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later, we may ask you to reschedule, and in such cases, applicable non-refundable fees may apply.
